If you find yourself in a long period of discontent. If your blue funk isn’t seeming to end, or just your plans aren’t happening the way you want them to, the way you planned them to, or (my favourite) you’re feeling sorry for yourself… help someone else. Acknowledge your worth and gift it to someone. Raise someone else up. Find something that, even if it’s tiny, has a positive impact on the world.
