Wise words from @feeding.freedom⁣ ... ⁣ ⁣ Came up with a list of signs that might help you assess your progress in healing your relationship with your body ❤⁣ .⁣ And if only a few, or even none of these apply to you at this moment, do not be discouraged.⁣ .⁣ Use these as a reference and motivation to get better, and hold on to the promise that this is what you can achieve if you commit to recovery.⁣ .⁣ All of these seemed way, WAY, out of reach for me at one point, but now I can (gladly) say that these statements hold true for me.⁣ .⁣ Remember that your body is a gift, that it is a part of us but does not define who we are.⁣ .⁣ Remind yourself of what your body CAN do and not what it can look like.⁣ .⁣ Save this list and refer back to it when you’re a further into recovery to reassess how you’re doing.⁣ .⁣ You might be surprised, maybe that one sign you thought was impossible to attain before is finally becoming your reality.⁣ .

I've been a fan of @brettmorseoly pictured here with @kelvindavis for a while. Great to see the boys getting a higher profile with this article raising the awareness of plus size male models. The article has some great shots. Check k it out in Brett's bio ⁣ ... ⁣ ⁣ Great fun working with @dailymail and the boys @raulsamuel_official @benrwhit @camg_ @kelvindavis @kingparchment on this piece released today (link in bio so check it out)

Like your demeanor just changes because you’re feelin yourself? Like you could do anything that scares you because you’ve got just the right outfit on?⁣ Yah, just like that!⁣ Just do you babes!⁣ Xoxo⁣ Allie ⁣ #katiesturinoxstitchfix
A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of listening to Clara A.K.A. @rollinfunky at the @fashionroundtable event #areyourepresented? Clara was inspiring, thought-provoking, funny and captivating and we have much more to talk about in our upcoming interview. Clara is breaking stigma and boundaries: physical, mental, visual and is succeeding in challenging the gaze and its limitations. Keep rollin' Clara ✊🏾 Here's a repost from @rollinfunky - Clara's caption:⁣ ... ⁣ ⁣ A sc-fi thriller - where a bad ass wheelchair user comes to earth to conquer the lack of representation in the fashion industry - starring me! 😆⁣ .⁣ .⁣ Dress @missguided *gifted* 📸 @sharpington_photography Agent @zebedee_management
By 2020 the #silverpound will be worth £9 trillion!!! And yet finding a #silvermodel in visual merchandising or marketing campaigns is still a rarity. I'm genuinely concerned for all the lost revenue businesses must be experiencing while being stuck in the rut of traditional marketing strategy where young and thin rules. Diversity would mean we should be seeing a lot more. Advertising more closely reflecting real life is the goal! Image from @uglymodels⭐⭐NICOLA⭐⭐
